Meditation - Inner Yoga: a monthly meditation class to explore the philosophy and deeper practices of yoga.
Tutor: Jean Danford has many years teaching experience in adult education, hospitals and private practices. She is a Trainer
and Assessor for Friends of Yoga, a Member of the British Council for Yoga Therapy, and is also a Postural Integration Practitioner.
